How long does shipping usually take?


Since our items are made to order, shipping is on average 6-10 business days. Orders can take 3-5 business days to be processed, and fulfilled, then 3-5 business days to be shipped to you!




What is your return policy?


We reserve the right to deny returns to any customer, and have a very strict return policy. We also reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable upon arrival at our warehouse. Yes! We ship internationally, but please allow more time for shipping, as it can take a few more days to reach you.

How can I cancel my order?


We begin processing and fulfilling orders as soon as they are recieved, but you can fill out the Contact Us form found on our website to request the cancellation of your order within the first 24 hours.




What do I do if my order is damaged?


We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Why did I only recieve part of my order?
